From Palm :The Palm OS Software Development Kit (SDK) is used to create applications that run on the Palm OS. It includes headers and libraries for Palm OS 3.0, documentation for APIs, source code for built-in applications, and source code for the 21-step tutorial. It also features unsupported tools, including a low-level debugger, MPW tools, and the Palm OS Emulator.
The SDK 4.0 contains the latest headers, libraries, and tools for Palm OS platform development on the Mac OS.
