I have being using this software since the 7.1version, version7.2is really worth downloading, which supports IM monitors and Email monitor. Really a all-in-one tool.

Pros
It's almost as strong as Wireshark, it can give me a vivid and fast description of my network performence, and the matrix tab impressed me. Very good tool.

I have used this software for quite a while, I purchased your enterprise analyzer (version 5, about 2 years ago). Certainly good, could not actually get by without it now.
Cons
Maybe you could make a linux version. And i do make a lot of testing, and find it a pitty there is no possible direct interaction between, for example, the analyzer and the Packet creator.

if you are looking for a tool for ethernet network management, I highly recommend this product as it's easy to use and powerful in analyzing, also the price is quite acceptable for such a powerful program. It saves your time and energy in daily network maintenace.
