the 'good' here is that this program works well; options to pick main video only, audio & video output options, optional output formats and small file output, overall sound and video quality is great. Super conversion of DVD to iTouch, iPhone or IPad
Cons
the 'bad'; is that there doesn't appear to have been any updates since mid 2008 and current support is non-existent. That means that more & more recent DVDS can't be accessed due to protection. Generic codec advice on the web site is useless.
Summary
It's still the easiest and best DVD to MP4 convertor I've come across and allows me to access my DVD library on my other devices. But this is 'older' DVDs and current protections (macrovision and the like) defeat this utility - which is a pity as the developer had a real 'ripper' (forgive the pun) of an application which is today out of date.

Cons
Purchased software including backup disc. After an unrelated virus attack, loaded backup disc and was unable to use without registration key. Submitted two support tickets and emailed twice requesting key and have not received any response.
Summary
My loss is your gain. Please don't waste you money!!! The product worked fine until I needed to reinstall. Thats when I found out that the most important feature was missing. It's called customer support!!!

I saw it would work, so I paid for the key to use it for my Itouch. I has been a month with 3 emails and two support trouble tickets and I have had no response and no access key. This is just an internet scam.
Summary
Be careful what you spend money on. Ask around, I found my coworkers had been taken also. There are good compression programs out there and they work well.

Everything. I have tried many converters and this is by far the easiest to use. Very straight forward and user friendly. Well worth the download price. on iTunes the average price for a movie is 9.99 to buy, 2.99 to rent. $40.00 saves 100's.

A must if you use your ipod and it doesn't collect dust. Saves money and time with it's easy to use set up. You can spend 100's of dollars in iTunes or save 100's with this program. NO regrets. Guaranteed you'll agree. May seem like I was paid to write this but on my word I wasn't. If you get this you'll understand my excitement. I have 7 movies on my ipod and they barely touch the HD. Thanks for a great product!!!!!!! The quality is great, don't hesitate. A great addition to your ipod, a must have.
