From Heaventools Software :PE Explorer makes it easy to view, analyze and edit win32 executable files. It offers a thorough look at PE file structure and all of the resources in the file, and tells you just about every little detail you could possibly want to know about a PE file (EXE, DLL, ActiveX, and other executable formats). PE Explorer comes with a Visual Resource Editor, PE Header Viewer, UPX Unpacker, Exported/Imported API Function Viewer and Syntax Lookup, Dependency Scanner, and a powerful Disassembler.
Once inside, file structure can be analyzed and optimized, problems diagnosed, changes made and resources repaired. You can peek inside Delphi applications and edit the properties of controls on Delphi forms, and remove both debugging information and the base relocation table from an executable, view and edit the various section headers (.text and .data,). Version 1.98 Rev2 added support for UPX v.2, fixed numerous minor issues.
