From CTdeveloping :PDFencrypt features the ability to change security settings on PDF files as well as change the info tags (i.e. document title, document author, subject, keywords, and creator). User of the product can decrypt some PDF files without the master password, only the user password (password to view) is required. PDF files can be batch encrypted with either 40-bit standard encryption or 128-bit advanced encryption. Permissions can be set for either encryption types, specifying whether or not users can print, assemble, edit, extract content.
PDFencrypt features an easy to use wizard-like interface that take the user step by step through the process. PDFencrypt features the ability to batch process hundreds of PDF files at a time as well as auto-prompting for user passwords where needed and displaying a detailed log of what PDFencrypt is doing. Version 1.0.63 is vista compatible.
