Version: PDAbs 4.8
Pros: Once I got used to the program, it was easier to record my workouts and plan for the week. This program allows me to track my workouts, weight, and other variables overtime so I can compare my workouts.
Cons: The desktop version does not diplay or graph sets within a specific exercise in the order they were performed. This translates to graphs which do not display your performance accurately (i.e. the weight and reps for your fourth set might be displayed before the weight and reps for your first set). Also, the PDA version only goes up to 1000 lb -- which I easily surpass on the leg press.
