From Acrocat Software:PDAbs provides a simple and easy way to track and view your workout and fitness routine using your Palm OS PDA. Whether you are an individual fitness enthusiast or a personal trainer, PDAbs is the only tool you need to get organized and in shape. Featuring the ability to add unlimited number of clients and profiles, beam records to and from other PDAs, view, sort, edit and add workout data, extend and customize the exercises from the 60+ default categories, you can now free yourself of your messy notebooks and clipboards.
PDAbs gives you the ability to calculate your Target Heart Rate Range, duplicate workouts, set up routines, and plan for future workouts through the use of checkboxes. By utilizing these features, you can setup your workout in advance and simply check off the exercises as you complete them at the gym.
