Significantly enhanced virus detection over previous version. PC Tools products are consistently scoring high on AV Test.org and AV Comparatives. Good stuff. Very competitive. Much lighter on system resources than AVG.

Issues with IE8 with Code 2 error. Interrupts browser annoyingly. Tried re-install, same issue.

II am not a tech person but an average home user of PC. Just short of taking my PC to a computer repair shop and spending countless amount of money to resolve this issue with PC TOOLs Antivirus Free Edition, I looked elsewhere and found AVIRA.
