"It works well with Internet Explorer"
Pros: It works fairly well but only with Internet Explorer. With Internet Explorer being so unsafe I don't know who would use it. If you use Internet Explorer then you will like this program.
Cons: Doesn't work with Mozill Firefox. Really its not worth the money if it doesn't work with the browser that you are using.

"Performs well, some glitches, but tech support is awesome"
Pros: Functions as promised, does a good job of recording IM, screen captures, clipboard, etc. Price, which includes installation on two pcs, is also very competitive compared to the others I considered.
Tech support is quick and awesome through an automated e-mail system. I had several problems and each time I got a correct answer very soon after I sent in my request. With technical help I had no trouble getting it working and keeping it working.
Hidden very well, most of the spyware programs, including Spybot, Lavasoft, Microsoft Anti-Spyware are clueless that it is on the system.
Cons: Setting it up can be a bit confusing. And the interface can be a bit "glitchy," in other words what is said and what you need to do to get it working might "conflict."
It does not work with the Firefox browser. The newest version of PC tattletale has a "slide show" interface for viewing screen captures. I find it balky, others may disagree.

"A very easy to use programe and it's idiot proof!!"
Pros: This is a fantastic product!! Ladies if you are wanting to check out what your man is up to on the computer while you are not at home, then get tattletale! Its fun catching them out and then watching them grovel!!!!!
