From Electric Age Software :PC File Tracker finds files that may be malware that regular anti-virus and anti-spyware programs don't consider dangerous, and it allows you to rename them. It finds newly created, modified, and renamed files, shows the current location of moved files, and displays the previous location of moved, and deleted, files, helping with file and folder management. It documents files and folders that software programs or web sites add to computer disks. It creates a report file and groups in it program files, e.g., .COM and .BAT files, since the files may be dangerous. It creates a file list, documenting files that may be hidden from Windows find and search programs.
It can monitor specific files whenever you issue a FILTRAKR command, showing data about the files when they are modified, copied, moved and/or renamed, or deleted. Version 2.1 has file tracking and RENAME-F.BAT bug fixes.
