"Support NON-EXISTANT - FREEZES upon scanning SNDSrvc.exe"

The program has been able to catch some Trojans/Bots that other scanners miss.
Cons
As mentioned, the Support is not there. I have reported the same problem as another user, the $10 nag after I paid them for an update. When you click the "ok" to the "Nag", it will no longer allow updates of definitions. Many Many emails to support about this and the freeze upon scanning Norton AV's file SNDSrvc.exe This is a rating for their latest version 4.2

Pros
This is obviously a rip off. I bought it and five minutes after installing it said my trojan definitions where out of date and my account is over a year old. Would i please send them 10 dollars for a years worth of updates. I have sent them 6 emails with no response what so ever. RIP OFF. DONT BUY or Waist your time. REPORT this obvious scam where ever you can. I am.
Cons
None. Obvious scam. No support. No reponse for help requests. Tries to extort extra cash even for a new update.
Send the scammers to jail.

stable on XP, didn't detect following trojans - netcontroller / remote storm /multidropper / BLA / Rasmin / minicommand / RAT not worth spending any money on, i have and am not happy! free version will only detect a limited number

I've tried several anti spyware, anti trojan products and this one identified the most. It also has more options and greater detailed reports for the user to consider. I find it to be flexible and useful but still has room for some improvement.

Once I downloaded the freeware version it continued to press for purchase and registration. The freeware only listed the virus I supposedly had but would not allow cleanup. Kaspersky allowed cleanup and didn't detect supposed virus. I cannot remove this software from my PC. BEWARE !

Provides terrible protection for your modem. Stick with Zone Alarm or Sygate firewall. Also, use a hardware firewall and download spyware removal programs such as AdAware and BPS Spyware remover.

When I first installed this software, I noticed that there was an update available for the scan engine and trojan defs, so I ran the update, but it stopped responding. Not a good sign...
