This application provides a decent set of tools for keeping your PC clean, though we wish the trial version were more generous. PC Doctor Pro's interface is both easy on the eyes and a breeze to use, but since the main window can't be resized, it's not convenient for viewing long lists of detected computer problems. The application's most prominent utility scans your PC for registry errors such as broken shortcuts, invalid program paths, and unnecessary DLL files. Also, while the application ranks detected entries according to their seriousness, it doesn't tell you whether they're 100 percent safe to remove. The trial version only deletes a measly 10 invalid keys, but since PC Doctor Pro shows you the registry path, you can always erase them manually. Elsewhere, the app offers a tool for controlling which apps run on start-up, a scheduler, a registry back-up utility, and a junk-file remover, although the demo won't let you use the latter feature. We think this program makes a handy tool for more experienced users with bloated machines, but the demo version may not do them as much good as they'd like.Publisher's description

"Absolutely Fantastic Software, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
Pros: I downloaded a software to convert WMV to MPEG which totally loused up my computer. I asked around and PC Doctor was suggested. I emailed them my problems, they emailed me back in Minutes and Assured me their software & Techs could fix it. I purchased it and boy they were right. Excellent Software. Excellent Customer Service and Tech Support! Just the Best!
Cons: You can't telephone them. HOWEVER, they return email in minutes, not hours. It's almost as fast as Instant Messaging which worked fine for me.

"Excellent tool - highly recommended"
Pros: I was a bit sceptical as I've never been convinced by these tools - however I've been converted. PC Doc Pro did what it said it would do - breathing life into my PC. Cheers

"saved my computer from freezing up."
Pros: Simple and quick.
Cons: Expensive.

"Good tool. Offers flexibility"
Pros: Flexible tool. The best part is that this program it allows you to choose what areas of your system to scan and to fix.
