From the developer: "Oxygen SMS ActiveX Control allows you to send and receive messages, read and write default SMS centre number, get stored message count, read and delete from SMS inbox. The control can be incorporated into any programming environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder)."
