Publisher's description
From Oversight Technology :A proactive real-time protection against spyware, adware, keyloggers, hidden dialers, malware, trojans, browser hijackers, and other malicious programs. System Sentinel defends your PC via a safety network of all System Sentinel's and updates spyware definitions daily with no annual fees. When new spyware is detected on one computer it automatically sends what it has learned about the new threat to the central server where it creates an instant fix. That fix is then relayed back to all users. Oversight System Sentinel creates backups for each scan and fixes it, performs and includes an advanced removal engine to sweep even the mutated forms attacking your computer. Scans your cookies, scans your registry, and even scans running processes. Three in one and now includes full removal support of SpyFalcon.
Version 3.1 offers faster scanning, integrated registry watch, and multilingual support.

Version: Oversight System Sentinel 3.1
"Excellent protection at a very reasonable cost."
Pros: This product provides excellent protection from a variety of online threats but is priced lower than most any competitor I have seen with comparable or less protection. The updating feature is also an excellent asset and the developer is very responsive to comments or alerts from customers. Flagged new threats are included in the system updates within a matter of hours.
Cons: I haven't found any problems.

Version: Oversight System Sentinel 3.1
"Fast, thorough and very reasonably priced"
Pros: I have never written a review before but felt this product deserved one. It is fast and thorough and I am amazed at the price of the Sentinel software as I feel it performs better than its competitors. I also like the fact that Oversight Sentinel is continually updated -- without having to download updates that seem to take forever. Exceptional product.

Version: Oversight System Sentinel 3.1
"Light on Resources, but functionality is lacking"
Pros: Very light on resources
Quick Scan of registry, memory and now I forget, but the typical third one
Easy to use
Will scan with a schedule, some vendors say they work and then they don't
Cons: Somehow it started to ask me for the CD for an install - this after I downloaded the solution and was using it without a problem for three days. The error message was always the same and always asked for the CD, eventually it went to their spyware screen and it was fine. Two big issues for me:
1. You cannot do a full deep scan of your system - i.e. no deep scan of all files on C or D or both for that matter.
2. Ran the scan a first time and the baby showed over 300 objects of spyware, even though ad-aware showed only one and ashampoo showed only one. I deleted the objects - sent to quarantine. Then I looked in the quarantine, nothing there. Next day, run a scan and guess what? Over 300 objects found and amazingly the same ones as the day before. What's the odds??
Finally, I just realized that spyware blaster's screen is extremely similar to Oversight Technology....$18 down the toilet..
