From Racks and Tags :OrangeCD Catalog is the comprehensive music database program for cataloging music in any format. It handles physical media (such as CD, DVD, vinyl records, or tapes) as well as electronic media (such as MP3, Windows Media, iTunes or FLAC songs). It handles classical music collections as easily and conveniently as pop music. To add a new CD to the database, you just need to insert the CD in your computer, and OrangeCD will download all information from FreeDB and Amazon online databases. It makes easy to find out if you own a specific album or song, create index key for CD collection, print CD changer index sheet, publish album reviews on the web or calculate total collection value for insurance. Supports MyGenres.com, a website for publishing and sharing personal music collection catalogs.

"If you own lots of CDs and want to catalog them, this is the program for you!"
Pros: Stores hundreds of your CD Album Titles and Tracks, but the best thing is that it will upload your list to a website mygenres.com and you will always know if you already have the CD in your collection. Orange CD will search for your CD data through the Internet CD database for the Name/title/track info including Amazon.com, and it will even search using just key words or bar code scan numbers. This was a life saver when you are trying to load an album into your list and the CD is in your entertainment center player with hundreds of others. You can edit and add your own ratings and comments to the data. If you want, you can create different data bases for: Christmas, Hawaiian, Country, etc. It comes with a little CD player applet which interfaces well with the program, too. (If you have a collection of LPs, 8 tracks, Cassettes, etc, you can catalog them too, you'd have to use the Amazon or keyword options to search) I highly recommend this progam!
