From Racks and Tags :OrangeCD is the comprehensive music-database program for cataloging your music in any format: CD, MP3, DVD, record, or audiocassette. To add a CD to the database, just insert it in your computer, and OrangeCD will download all information about it from the Internet. Alternatively, you can search online music catalogs such as Amazon or FreeDB and add the albums of your choice to the database. Either way, you don't have to type a word, and filling your music database becomes quick and easy. The database can be used for browsing, searching, printing, or exporting to any of the supported formats. Now you can quickly check to see whether you own a specific album or song, find its exact location on the CD shelf, print a CD-changer index sheet, or calculate your total collection value for insurance purposes. You can create and customize Web pages with a list of all your albums and upload them to your Web site, along with your album ratings and reviews.
Version 5.2 features minor improvements and bug fixes.

Pros: Nice!
Cons: Poor program that could be better, it cannot be used for large collections, the performances slow down with a colection of 500 titles. Recommended for small collections only.

Pros: Speed, responsiveness, simplicity of interface.

"The most versatile and user friendly CD manager"
Pros: I've tried several CD management software, but this one was the most complete and easy to use of them all. You can easily add cd's by drive scanning, Bar code, or several manual methods.
You can also export your collection into an html site, with several templates available.
Although I only use it for CDs the program is an MP3 organizer as well.

It works better than expected.
OrangeCD Suite DOES handle large collections well. There are plenty of options that you can set to make it suitable for a large collection. I have a collection of 967 cds currently and it is functioning quite well.
Cons: Updates seem to be a little slow but its one programmer instead of a team so this could be expected. Since im fully functional anyways this isnt a major issue with me.
