Opera 10 maintains the program's tradition of striving for the fastest, smallest, and most full-featured browser available. Opera covers the basics with tabbed browsing, mouse-over previews, a customizable search bar, advanced bookmarking tools, and simple integration with e-mail and chat clients. Mouse-gesture support, keyboard shortcuts, and drag-and-drop functionality round out the essentials.
Opera's extras push it to among the top of the class. Integrated theme support previews themes from within the interface, and the new version sports a look that's an attractive balance between "dark" and "light" themes. Opera's desktop widgets can appear anywhere while Opera is running. The Password Manager utility (previously known as the Wand) combines autofill with saved passwords, and it's hard to ignore the addition of torrent support and real-time fraud protection. Opera also includes reasonable antimalware protection courtesy of Haute Secure.
There are other features that should make any nonbeliever do a double take. Opera Link enables Bookmarks, the Personal bar, Speed Dial, and Notes synchronization across all other Opera instances. Quick Find has improved the search tool, allowing for full text searching from the address field, the history panel, and opera:historysearch. We're also fans of the new inline spell checker that supports 51 languages.
Opera 10 expands on these features with Opera Turbo, a compression engine that Opera claims can compress data up to 80 percent before squeezing it through Opera's servers. The optional Turbo mode is intended to help computers with slow data connections perform faster. There's also the new tab bar: double-click or pull down on the bar below the tabs and above the location bar and you get thumbnail previews of each tab. It has also finally received an autoupdater and integrated crash reporting. Opera undoubtedly has what it takes to unseat even the biggest-name browsers. You just need to hear it sing.

Opera has traditionally had it all... besides user friendliness. However in the new version of opera, it is much more accessible, and the Opera website offers excellent skins (Including IE/Firefox), widgets, and other great stuff.

It has a stilish interface. There are lots of skins available to download. It´s fast and the Turbo function works very well with slow connectios. It has some good add-ons like mouse gestures, the search engine manager where you can add new search engines in a simple way, the speed dial, etc.
In the other hand, the managment of bookmarks is not very intuitive. The bookmarks frequently don't show the correct favicon corresponding to the web site they link to. The number, quality and usefulness of available complements for this browser is poor compared with the Firefox complements. And the big weakness of this browser is the incompatibility it shows when browsing in several web sites that are well displayed with others browsers like Firefox, Explorer, Safari or Chrome. I don´t know why, but it´s the only browser that doesn´t display right web sites like msn, yahoo answers and others. And sometimes, it stops in the beggining, middle or end of the load process (waiting for response, I thing), so, you have to reload the page. -

Needs folders for Email, but that's the only con.

I have tried most and this is the fastest, not mentioned is the ease to increase or decrease the picture size

It did not work on some sites. The ABC rewind for instance. Maybe it has too many features like. the mouse sub-control for instance.. .A bit of a learning curve.
Summary
I use firefox first, but when things slow down this is a nice back-up.with a small resource footprint.
Have had a script running in te background, not on FF. Maybe a slight unstable.

One or two very very minor things don't look right but I can live with it
Summary
I have been driven to distraction and anger by IE, and Firefox to a lesser extent. Opera has been a bit hit and miss but the latest version is just exceptional. So fast!. I'd advise anyone to at least try it.

I don't like how I can't view some Microsoft sites cause its Opera and not Internet Explore 8.. BUT thats Microsoft's problem.

Its Great! Opera is fast and user friendly.
The speed dial feature is very useful and easy to use.
Opera Unite is an excellent idea, its another good feature!
Opera's layout is good, its easy to find things and mess with settings!
No error messages like the older versions. Its a captivating web browsing experience.
