The premise of Opera has always been the same--develop the fastest, smallest, and most full-featured browser available--and the latest version maintains the tradition. Opera has all the basics covered, including tabbed browsing with mouse-over preview, a search bar, advanced bookmarking tools, and simple integration with your favorite e-mail and chat clients. Mouse-gesture support, keyboard shortcuts, and drag-and-drop functionality further enhance your surfing experience.
With solid basics, Opera's extra features push it to the top of the class. Integrated theme support lets you preview themes from within the interface so you know what you're getting before you download. Widgets (akin to Mac OS X dashboard applications) are small, useful programs that appear in a window from any app while Opera is running. The Wand utility combines autofill with saved passwords. We really like the addition of torrent support and real-time fraud protection for safer browsing.
A new feature in version 9.2, Speed Dial, permanently assigns bookmarks and tabs any digit from one through nine. When you enter one of those numbers into the URL bar, the corresponding site loads when you hit enter. Overall, we think Opera might have what it takes to unseat even the biggest-name browsers if users give it the opportunity. Opera is a must-download for those looking for a full-featured browser with added extras.

Version: Opera 9.25
Pros: I like Opera since it has widgets that can be downloaded from their site. A lot of them are very useful. My favorite is the Artist's Sketchbook and I also like a lot of their games. This browser has a built-in bittorrent and email client. It is a lot smaller than any browser I have downloaded, and come with so many options and customizations you can think of. It also has very sleek skins you can download, and various "speed" tools like Speed Dial.
Cons: Although Opera is pretty good, it's really underrated too. I don't like the default interface that much either. A lot of their widgets don't really extend security (not that I've seen) and I'm not sure if this browser has things such as Ad-Blocker, Tab Counter, etc like Firefox. Also, it views certain webpages wrong.

Version: Opera 9.25
"4x Faster Than IE, 2x Faster than Firefox. It works like Apple's Safari."
Pros: It is yet the best browser available. 4x faster than IE,and 2x faster than Firefox. Its very fast loading images, and light-design websites. The interface was not bad either. I can say this works like Apple's Safari.
Cons: For McAfee Siteadvisor users, Siteadvisor does not support their software for Opera. So,chances you will go to dangerous websites are quite high.

Version: Opera 9.25
Pros: This version really rocks! It is fast and simple to use. I like the "speed dial" feature. Very low memory usage. Although I still use IE7 because I'm very familiar with it, I will continue to become more familiar with Opera. I may end up making it my default browser.
Cons: None that I can see so far.

Pros: I love the features, especially helpful speed dial, password manager, very good e-mail client, mouse gestures, and many more, all together with an awsome rendering engine.
Cons: some complicated webpages are only optimized for Internet Explorer or maybe Firefox
