The premise of Opera has always been the same--develop the fastest, smallest, and most full-featured browser available--and the latest version maintains the tradition. Opera has all the basics covered, including tabbed browsing with mouse-over preview, a search bar, advanced bookmarking tools, and simple integration with your favorite e-mail and chat clients. Mouse-gesture support, keyboard shortcuts, and drag-and-drop functionality further enhance your surfing experience.
With solid basics, Opera's extra features push it to the top of the class. Integrated theme support lets you preview themes from within the interface so you know what you're getting before you download. Widgets (akin to Mac OS X dashboard applications) are small, useful programs that appear in a window from any app while Opera is running. The Wand utility combines autofill with saved passwords. We really like the addition of torrent support and real-time fraud protection for safer browsing.
A new feature in version 9.2, Speed Dial, permanently assigns bookmarks and tabs any digit from one through nine. When you enter one of those numbers into the URL bar, the corresponding site loads when you hit enter. Overall, we think Opera might have what it takes to unseat even the biggest-name browsers if users give it the opportunity. Opera is a must-download for those looking for a full-featured browser with added extras.

Pros: Opera is the fastest browser I have ever used.It's easy to use, many cool skins to choose from and it's fully customizable just like Firefox.The new speed dial makes Opera faster than ever, it opens web pages quicker and Firefox and Ie7.It's also very stable.Good security, warns about phishing attacks and the popup blocker blocks most of the popup ads.256 encryption that's higher than Firefox.It also has many search engines and extensions to choose from.
Cons: Each web page requires some space on your hard drive.

"Stunned all browser out there!"
Pros: I agree to the review of Reborn Master...YES it is quite fast to load and it DID. This is the best browser I've ever found and used.
It has the security and most features other well-known browser have and I like its interface...cool to the eyes.
The MAIN THING in this browser is its SPEED in loading web pages...blitz!

"Very good firefox alternative"
Pros: Opera browser gives you everything that firefox doesn't. If firefox doesn't have it then Opera does. My favorite part about using opera is its speed. I have a very low-end pc(256 ram 2.4ghz). Loading up firefox actually takes about 10 seconds if I'm not running anything at all. Opera takes no more than 5 seconds and loads pages much faster. I still like the plugins for firefox more, but when I want speed Opera is the way to go.

"Who would have thought Opera could get even better"
Pros: On top of being one of the fastest, feature rich and most secure browsers in the world, Opera has added even more! FraudProtection, Speed Dial,and Developer Console, which includes new tools, such as DOM inspector, JavaScript inspector, CSS editor and HTTP header inspector. Opera is my all time favorite browser. I was using it long before it was a free product. I loved it then, and I love it more, now. If you don't have Opera on your computer, you are missing the boat, Big Time! I rate Opera 5 stars and two thumbs up!!!

"Speed Dial, Simply Awesome - Opera Goes 5*****"
Pros: Opera has always been a favourite of mine, my browser of choice and default on my system, simple and quick to use, stable, customisable, bittorrent integration, secure, widgets, can also be your email and chat client etc. but SpeedDial is just one of those ideas that is awesome! So easy to use yet already difficult to live without! I recommend Opera to friends and family, and to every one I can. Try it you will not be disappointed.
Cons: Personally none with Opera, still have to keep I bloody E for XP update site, I know firefox (tried and discarded) has an ie extention to get round this, but Opera is still a 5* Download, with knobs on!!
