The premise of Opera has always been the same: Develop the fastest, smallest, and most full-featured browser available. Opera maintains the tradition with its latest version. Offering unprecedented speed and low memory usage, Opera is still embarrassing the big browsers by loading most Web pages in a fraction of the time they use.
In addition to fine-tuning speed and performance, the browser includes support for bidirectional languages such as Arabic and Hebrew, a slide-show feature for Web-based photos, and an option that allows users of the free, ad-sponsored version to receive either text-based ads served by Google or generic graphical ads. Other features sweeten the deal, such as spatial navigation, a built-in e-mail client with spam parameters, and IRC chat support. As always, Opera continues to offer good-quality encryption and other security measures.
Although Opera's default interface wastes space with redundant tools that visually overpower the browser window, it is wholly customizable. Skins let you change the browser's look to suit your preferences. Anyone looking at alternate browsers should check out Opera, the leader of the pack.

Version: Opera 7.54u2
Pros: Organized, has many features, speedy, and productive! What more can you look in a browser?! I've tested lots of browsers and right now I have Opera 7.54u2(PAID), Firefox 1.0.1, Avant, and IE on my PC. But I've tested more! Opera's the best so far, so get it now!!!
Cons: Not all pages support it. And I hate those pages! I HATE BROWSER DISCRIMINATION! But no matter what, Opera's the best! Get Opera!

Version: Opera 7.54u2
"Excellent Browser, for Free..."
Pros: I've used Opera since version 7.51. I have to admit, it is the most secure, organized, and unique browser out of all the browsers. I've tried some like Firefox, IE, Netscape... but Opera really caught me. The program itself is very easy to install, and it displays ads. I payed, so I don't get any ads in my browser but the ads are not bothersome at all really. Opera can manage contacts, email, bookmarks, etc... in a much more organized fashion then IE or any of the other browsers that I've tried or at least, know of.
Cons: Really no cons about Opera, except... the email I feel needs to have a place where you can pick the color of the text, change font, etc. Right now, its only in regular black text. And, Opera does have some conflicts with some webpages but not enough in my opinion to say you shouldn't use it.

Version: Opera 7.54u2
Pros: This browser is the best browser probably in existence. The next browser of choice for me would be Firefox. I have discovered that Firefox uses more memory, and has less features than Opera. Opera is also the fastest browser out there.
Cons: Althought this browser is fast, secure, and has great features, it does not have as much page support as Firefox. More websites allow you to view content on Firefox than on Opera. Hopefully this will change in the near future!
