Pros
Nothing, its crap.
Cons
Everything. Does not work as claimed and when it does work it does not load subs correctly. There are much better players on the market than this lemon.
PS: loads crapware onto your computer without your permission.Summary

Pros
It can look for subtitles directly from the player.
Cons
Last version (as in the moment of writing this) installs extensions and change your search provider on your behalf WITHOUT ASKING. This remembers me of bad old times when every media player was trying to lure you into their search engines.
Summary
Avoid at all costs, I can't be positive about a program which installs side components without my permission.
