Pros: Does the major sites and you can watch the videos with VLC player.
Cons: Not every site is compatible.

"One extension to Rule them ALL"
Pros: Small..Tiny..and Ook! Thats it. Does what it is supposed to do best. Downloads video in flv extension from sites like Google Video, YouTube. Loads of customizable options r there. Doesn't slow Firefox as it is very very light. You should try it out. Instead of using other thirdparty softwares.. this gets the job done nicely!
