It's a sunny morning in Sunny Valley, and Ollo can't wait to help Rose in her garden. Rose has asked Ollo to help her grow a prize-winning tomato for the fruits and vegetables contest at the Sunny Valley Fair. On the way to see Rose, Ollo runs into his friend Lottie, who is having some trouble. She's delivering a load of balloons to the big Sunny Valley Fair, but they keep floating away, out of her truck.
