This full-fledged offline browser not only copies individual Web pages and online photo albums, it also downloads and lets you view entire sites offline. Its customizable interface lets you easily cope with numerous downloads by arranging them in folders. You can view retrieved sites or search for new targets from within the program with the built-in browser. Offline Explorer provides everything for easy downloading: scheduling; proxy-server support; smart Web-browser integration; connection control (number of simultaneous connections, bandwidth limitations); and an internal dial-up that disconnects when it's finished or resumes broken connections.
Various filters cut unnecessary content, letting you determine what file types, sizes, URLs, servers, domains, and directories to skip or include. You also can retrieve only updated files, disable downloading or directories from a convenient site map, or simply drag missing pages from your browser. Dial-up Internet users may find Offline Explorer a godsend.

Version: Offline Explorer 4.4
Pros: This was a cool idea. Sometimes, my connection just isn't as fast as it used to be - but this offline surfing flies no matter what! And besides, who wants the fuss of a million people all trying to access the same web page... That gets real lame real fast. I had always wondered about offline browsing, but never really tried it until now... And I'd have to say it was good.
I'd say it's a good recommend for dial up users, but then again, dial up goes kind of slow no matter what.
