Just remember to close your office door (or warn your coworkers) before you go into "corpse pose." This download acts as a quick-reference yoga guide for office workers, yet its trial limitations are stingy at best. Office Yoga acts as an e-book of sorts, allowing you to flip from pose to pose on your handheld. It uses the Internet Explorer browser as its interface, and requires Flash to watch the short videos that explain and show how a pose is completed. The poses are basic and easily performed for most amateurs. Yet the trial version only includes two poses from which to choose, enough to get a sense for the software but not sufficient in our opinion. While this software is just a tad more expensive than a single yoga class in most major cities, if you're stuck to your seat for the majority of the day then this reminder to stretch may be worth the investment.Publisher's Description
