From Stardust :This is a OEM information set tool for Windows system. you can change the Windows property such as system's owner and organization, change the OEM logo and OEM info with the 56 logos what been offered, or set the logo with a picture that made by yourself. Version 5.0 added the Manufacturer information link on the Start menu, change the intel cpu's logo, and fixed several bugs.

Version: OEM-DIY 5
Pros: Nice little app changes system files. Can be done through reg editing but this is easier.
Cons: Slightly limited features, prob could be more system info changes to be made
