Pros: Does open and close, quick and easy
Cons: Cant select drive!! i have 3 drives and it only opens one, you cant change that.

"does what it says but only for the 1 drive"
Pros: I tried it, and it did work in opening and closing my first CD tray. Simple to use
Cons: The setup was in a different language (spanish i think) although most people should know which buttons to click to get the program installed.
As Raget already said, no way to use for more than 1 drive and no way to configure the program to change this from what i can see of.
