From O&O Software:O&O SafeErase is the reliable solution for safe erasure of sensitive files and gives you the ultimate in data protection. With O&O SafeErase even hackers and data spies cannot restore your safely erased files. Even though the deleted files do not show, the information still is saved on the drive. A person using specialized software and hardware would most likely be able to restore the supposedly deleted information. In order to absolutely prevent restoration, O&O SafeErase must be used. O&O SafeErase does not simply delete your files; it annihilates them using approved and recommended methods.

Version: O&O SafeErase 2.0 build 554
"Too much room for improvement!"
Pros: Given the cons, none. They gave me a full refund instantly, though. Hope they'll fix the problems in the next version.
Cons: Wipes out the entire restore points history once installed and any new restore points thereafter created on a regular basis. Help and/or faq files non existent or inadequate. When an action ends up with an error, it does not give you any clues as to what the error is and what you should do when you get that error message. No or very late (and inefficient) response from Technical Support Team.
