Pros: I personally using o&o and perfectdisk, found these two defragment are the best.
If your harddisk has enough space, try diskeeper as well, but i prefer both of these than Diskeeper.
Cons: none.

Pros: Defrags way faster than windows built in defragger. It will keep you disk optimized and running smoothy.

Pros: I have used this software for some time now and I feel my computer works better and faster but also, I perceive its more organized.
This program has a very nice interface, some very good features including several ways of defragmentation systems. You can add jobs and even let the program shut down or restart the pc when finished.
Cons: None that I know of.

Pros: Incredible, fast and flawless disk defragmentation! No adware, spyware, anything like that, and if you don't beleive the great results, defrag with it, then run analyze on windows defragger! My computer's never been faster!
Cons: 30 day trial.

"A lot better than Windows Defrag tool"
Pros: Gives you different methods of defragmentation.
Gives a lot more information about the fragmentation of a hard drive than Windows does.
Has a lot better interface than Windows defrag tool.
Cons: Its not free.
A little pricey for something that Windows does for free.
