From Sandcastling Software:
I think Nikons Digital SLRs are some of the most beautiful cameras on the planet. My own photography blossomed the day I bought my first Nikon, and Im constantly amazed at the pictures they turn out. Do I sound like a fan? I am. That being said, Ive sometimes been perplexed by the dizzying amount of models and features. Which one does what? And how much? Thats why I created NikonCams. Camera Models Included: D5200, D600, D4, D3200, D800, D5100, D7000, D3100, D3S, D300S, D3000, D5000, D3X, D90, D700, D60, D300, D3* Features of NikonCams:The main screen can be sorted to the precise Nikon DSLR category that you desire: FX, DX or Both. Zoom in on individual cameras exposing details such as Sensor Type, Estimated MSRP, Megapixels, ISO sensitivity, Memory Card Type, etc. All of this is completely offline - no web data is called upon. This means you can access the Apps main functionality without an Internet connection.* Camera Compare FeatureEnabled via Options screen. Select the first camera then press the "Compare" button. From the list that appears, choose the camera that you'd like to compare. Both cameras will appear on screen side-by-side. Rotate your smartphone to a landscape orientation for best viewing. Additionally, cameras can be changed by clicking either camera image.* Web Content / Images / PricingEnabled via Options screen. Here you can toggle Amazon.com, Pbase.com and Nikon.com websites to show up at the bottom of each cameras details page. Choose one, two or all three in any combination. Toggling the Amazon.com look-up button gathers up-to-date information on pricing, availability and reviews. If you want, shop right from the App. Curious as to the type of photos that a particular camera produces? Use the Pbase.com toggle and youll see a sampling of the cameras capabilities. Toggling Nikon.com brings you right to the cameras specific Nikon page. Green indicator lights (upper right) show at a glance which options are turned on. They also navigate back to the Options screen when pressed.* Shutter Sounds Not only can you *see* Nikons cameras, you can *hear* them as well. As you'd probably expect, each Nikon has a unique shutter sound. Click the shutter button along the right side of the Apps main screen (Yellow designates DX models, Grey - FX) and listen to the various camera shutter personalities. 18 different shutter sounds are now available.* Whos this App for?Pros, Amateurs, Nikon Enthusiasts, Camera Shoppers, Upgraders just about anyone who enjoys learning and comparing Nikons great line of current and 'discontinued' DSLR cameras.Recent changes:v1.0.9* Added the Nikon D300 and D3 camerasv1.0.8* Added 2008's Nikon D60* Enhanced navigation in Camera Compare Feature.
