NewsBin is a multithreaded application that scans user-selected Usenet newsgroups for binary attachments. Binaries are downloaded and decoded automatically, allowing simultaneous downloads that make full use of your available bandwidth. It also includes a built-in local Web server that allows you to use your browser to view images downloaded by NewsBin, as well as filtering capabilities to bypass spam, HTML, and cross-posted binaries. New in this smaller and faster version are a tab-based GUI, filename filters, and fewer nags for registration.
