"It was OK before Cisco took over"
Pros: Nothing of the free version is of any use
Cons: Since I don't have a chanse to rest the full version I don't want to pay Cisco for a black hole. They could at least let you test it for 30 days
Summary: It was OK before then I changed my network and downloaded the new version which was of no use

Pros: Quick download to both computers. Quick install, quick solution to my file sharing requirements.
Cons: Remembered that I had installed it several years ago on the 2nd computer1

"Don't know an upgrade from an update"
Pros: It was a good product that I had purchased a couple of years ago. Sharing folders & printers works well.
Cons: When Cisco took over nad notified you to "update" to version 5.0, you found that you were treated as a stranger and asked for $29.99 to use it.

Pros: If there were any, I do not remember what they were.
Cons: Do not open your door or Computer system to this company. They will take your money. And take your money. Then they will take your money.
