Version: Network Magic 1.0.2
"good software if it would work."
Pros: nice graphical interface.
Cons: it does not work on my computers. it recognized my router, but left the message that it could not recognize the network address when i tried to access shared files (which is the whole idea of using the software). i disconnected firewalls on both computers to elminate that potential cause, but still could not make it work. what a crap.

"Nice GUI but were are the features?"
Pros: Nice GUI. I tried another program on download.com called HomeNet Manager that seems to be able to do a lot more than this program.
Cons: I can't see paying $50 for a product that is this limited.

"ROUTER NOT SUPPORTED - what is that about, I just wanted to share files!"
Pros: NONE!!!
Cons: When I installed Network Magic it said my router was NOT supported. On their FAQ pages it recommended that I upgrade my router firmware. After completing this rather unnecessary step I could not access the Internet. After several phone calls to D-Link my network was back up and running.
After this ordeal I could then run the application. What a complete waste of my Saturday morning, or should I say morning and afternoon. Outside of file and printer sharing, the application doesn't provide much value. That seems like a lot of money ($50) to pay for such limited functionality.
Overall this is a terrible application!!!

Version: Network Magic 1.0.2
Pros: I don't know it won't run. Says my Router isn't supported.
Cons: Why does my Router have to do with File and Printer sharing?
