NetWorx Portable program provides the ability to measure your network throughput, graphic and numeric representation of incoming and outgoing traffic, highly customizable alerts, statistics about dial-up connection duration, weekly, daily, and monthly bandwidth usage.
What's new in this version: Version 5.2.2 added a few hidden settings, displaying time and sorting in dial-up session view, and fixed launching applications with a space in their name in notifications.

Pros
Will give you the speed and the bandwidth useage over a given period of time (days, weeks, ect.).
Cons
The interface seemed somewhat awkward.
