From NetVeda :Safety.Net offers inbound and outbound firewall protection, filtering, parental controls and e-mail safety for home office. It protects all computers on the network from hackers, worms, Trojans and intruders with multi layer deep packet stateful inspection.
Users control which applications and components are trusted to access the network. Advanced Firewall allows power users to customize rules for enhanced security. Parents can restrict and monitor Internet usage by time, ratings, Web sites and content. Blocks transfer of personal information unintentionally on the Internet. Reports identify sites, time spent, bytes sent and received, application, and transfer rates. It helps detect suspicious activities and malicious programs.
Version 3.62 includes Windows security center integration, enhanced reporting of network usage, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

Pros: firewall applications protect your system from unauthorized connections and hackers, i think this program is doing its job
Cons: the interface is complex you need to read the guide before u use

"goes head to head with zone-alarm"
Pros: this free program has alot more features then the free zonealarm program. and once you learm to configure it. its just the best protection.
Cons: none. beats the free version of zonearlarm

Pros: This is version 3.610002 not 3.62. I downloaded it from their website. Easy to install and uninstall.
Cons: According to Gibson Research Cooporation "Shields Up" test: all the ports are closed except for one, that was open with Netveda Safety.Net on my computer, while the ports should by stealthed with a good firewall.

Pros: It is not robust like others and does not use much of the system resources.
Cons: Not so user friendly and i think it is not so suitable for beginners.

"No license code sent to your Email."
Pros: Don't install this Program after 1 year it asks you to input the license code which is not sent out to your registration Email. Filseclab Personal Firewall Professional Edition is a better free firewall.
