From NetSupport :NetSupport Manager is a fully featured remote control package that provides a wide range of access to workstations on both local and remote networks as well as to standalone (non-networked) machines via modem. The package includes support for all versions of Windows 3.X, Windows 95/98, Windows NT, DOS, and OS/2. A NetSupport Control running on any platform except DOS can take over a Client running on any other platform. Four components make up the NetSupport product: the Control, Client, Communications, and Utility programs. This update features full audio support with voice over IP, client hardware and software inventory, ActiveX integration, improved scripting capabilities, and enhanced speed and performance.
