From Flexbyte Software :A TCP/IP troubleshooting tool for monitoring your Internet connections. It displays all active TCP and UDP connections on your computer, country for all remote IP, ports on which the computer is listening, the state of that connections and the owning process. Under WinXP, you can get more information about process such as used DLL-modules, process folder, company name, description.
Using a monitor, you can close unwanted connection or terminate enemy process automatically. Netstat Agent is a set of command line utilities like Netstat, Ping, Ipconfig, Route, ARP, Tracert, Whois, Http Monitor, but in a graphical interface. It is afirst network assistant for anyone. Version 2 changed the graphical user interface, added new tools: Whois, and HTTP Checker.
