Works well with win9x.
Cons
All ports are open with win2k, bugs attack immediately. Filtering with 9x is only for incoming traffic.

Cons
No firewalled program control, only port settings. Ran several progams through Highest Security setting that was suppose to block all ports in & out. All programs connected about 99% of the time, even though this program indicated that ports were secured. Also, requires License within 30 days (NOT FREE!), which I didn't go that far to see cost. Uninstalled.

Pros
Ease of installation & use. Product info can be grasped fully in a half-hour. The problem with some other firewalls is forever deciding in a split-second whether something is a threat. With NML, you can later, very easily, change your decision. Some FWs make your choice unchangeable. I'm satisfied my PC is protected well, but not taken over by the Firewall. Plus, the price is right, Free! Finally, NetMgrLight can be used on any operating system, including older versions of Windows. Most firewalls (free or not) can no longer be used on Windows ME or 2000, for example. I'm quite pleased.

Easy to use,simple interface.I'm running it on a older 366 laptop with 2000 pro. It's working well with my other programs: AVG 7.5,Spybot.Is not a memory hog.Very happy just what I was looking for.
