From NetDogSoft :

Just Install NetDog, without any setting, it will work automatically. Special Intelligent Filtering Engine blocks porn contents in/out your Internet (such as Web sites, e-mails, net chat contents, FTP, P2P). The filtering engine examines in real-time all the data being transmitted and received through any Internet applications automatically. NetDog also blocks URLs you have defined.(supports WildCard Characters '?' and '*' in URL, also you can define a word such as "porn", that means URLs contain word "porn" will all be blocked). You can also block all URLs except some special URLs you have defined not to block. None can stop filtering, except logining into NetDogAdmin to change setting by passwords.

"effective filtering"

Pros: what I like this software,ease of use,filter effective automately,and I can add a word for url filtering.I think there's no perfect internet filter software,but netdog is a better one.

"Good"

Pros: Good,easy to use and block porn effectively,it not only filter webs,but can filter all porn in/out internet.The Best one I've found in the internet yet.

Cons: It can be used only under administrator privilege of the computer,can not be installed under normal users privilege or guest privilege,or it cannot work.

"Worthless"

Pros: None

Cons: Doesn't work; caused my Internet to die... Had to uninstall it to get on the Web again.
