Pros
This is handy little monitor, which facilitates the users own ability, to both identify and remove spyware and adware.
It is not a scan and remove utility, as the publishers description makes very clear.
Publisher responds both quickly and responsibly to user feedback.
Very good privacy policy.
Cons
There are other reliable apps, with similar function, which are available at no cost.

It does what it says but can not stop a lot of spyware applications. 1/9 in testing.
Cons
Well not real scanning mechanism to stop adware and some hidden more advancec programs beet this system when analyzing. This tool is not good by itself. Others offer this as a feature.
