I like the fact that I can oversee all users at once rather than one at a time. In a sea of similar programs, that made this one worthwhile for our small business network. Now that the employees know they are being watched, the productivity has gone through the roof and more work is getting done.

Pros
Being able to see what our employees are doing when they think we aren't watching. We found three employees who spent three hours playing games on pogo.com against each other. We blocked pogo.com and fired the employees. Thanks Net Spy, you were well worth the investment.
