This product is fairly easy for an IT Manager to set up and use. It has a ton of great tools, and you can configure several groups or classrooms to manage users and classes differntly.
Cons
There are a few tweaks you need to check on whn you install. Make sure you have the guide before you download.
Summary
This is a heavy-duty product, with more features than Vision 6, and doesn't have the glitches and memory problems I had with Vision. I haven't had to contact support, but it has 2 years versus one year at a time with NetOp.

- Excellent set of features
- Very easy to use
- Nice clean user interface
- Best price I could find, cheapest compared to other software with same functions
- Program is updated often (free updates)
Cons
- Sometimes remote computers are not stable (keyboards stop working, the server stops responding) but it's very rare
- Not very stable
- Screen sharing isn't that practical, it's too slow especially when displaying a photo...

Overloaded by many options. Cant connect to my office. Cant connect by computer name. Noise is on remote screen. Very dificult to use.

Pros
Very nice user interface. A huge number of commands. Very clear and easy to use. Much cheaper than any other similar product on the market.
Cons
Sometimes when using RemoteDesktop with the lowest compression it is a bit slow but I guess that is probably from the network connection.
