The latest Need for Speed iteration combines the illicit street racing of the past two versions with the cop-chasing gameplay that made the original NFS games so popular. The result is an engaging racing adventure where you must build your rap sheet to advance up the ladder of street-racing heroes. The demo frustrates with a lack of game information, but the generous amount of content, impressive graphics, and both single-player and multiplayer modes combine to justify a top rating.
After the obligatory but appreciated "Don't try this at home" disclaimer from model and in-game hottie Josie Maran, you'll have the opportunity to try three Quick Races or three Challenges in single-player action, or connect to the EA servers for races against other online humans. The Quick Races include two Sprints, which are straight-up races against computer opponents, and one Speedtrap, where your object is to get the highest speed possible without getting caught. The Challenges are: Pursuit Length, where you must avoid cops in hot pursuit; Toolbooth Time Trial, where you must travel between two way points in a specified time; and Roadblock, where you must avoid six police installations. Two versions of the Mustang and Porsche are available for racing. The online gameplay requires a free EA account, but be sure to read the privacy statement and terms of service before signing up.
The graphics are remarkably improved from the last version, and Adbusters will be happy to note the gratutitous product placement that plagued NFS Underground 2 is happily missing. The demo offers a great introduction to the basic gameplay, and also provides several hours of entertainment.

"Great Game !! Ultimate Graphics !! Make you feel like you are really racing."
Pros: NFS most wanted is a superb collection to the NFS series. In this one , the cops are back and man are the chases good. There are heat levels , challenges, milestones and the cars , man what can i say are awsome. The story is very cool. Trust me you have to get this one.
Cons: One tiny problem. You cannnot run this on any normal PC but most people have better system these days. So , this wont be a big problem.

"It gives the idea of what SPEED is!!!"
Pros: I think it's my first game in which i've realised what speed is. other games such as NFS2, Midtown Madness 1 and 2 fail to impress as they continue to bore even at speeds of 400kph but this one surely is a true racing sim.
You'll find the car trembling at increased speed, lack of balance and shortening of reaction time which will give u the feeling of driving fast and furious.
Other important pro is introduction of wise cops who'll not let you get away that fast and can easily turn a 'fun'drive at country side into a nightmare i.e. if u are not skilled enough.
Best racing game for me by a long shot.
Cons: I waste/devote nearly 6 hrs. daily to this game demo daily.(full version nowadays... i bought this game immediately after trying demo)

"The best racing game i ever played."
Pros: this is the most fun driving game I have ever played. It right up there with trackmania but just a little higher because it has cops. The level of interactivity is good enough will the sound effects are amazing. The cop chases are cool and this game is more underground the nfsunderground 2.
Cons: nothing at all this a pure game. no flaws what so ever.
