Navy Field is a massively multi-player online game based upon actual WWII naval battles. We have created graphically engineered models of actual WWII ships, weapons, aircraft, and munitions from Germany, the United States, U.K, and Japan to use in these battles. Players are asked to construct ships, add armament combinations, and position sailors to execute specific tasks. 95 different ships and 25 different types of sailors are available to play. In version 1.180 as the user completes all 3 beginner missions, or reaches level 3, the "Beginner Mission" display will no longer show up on the battle channel.

Note: This is a very large (393MB) file and may take several hours to download via dial-up modem.

"Won't Complete the Download so I can't Play"

Pros: Download starts up fine but slows down to a crawl and stops after reaching 5.736MB.

Cons: I have Cox Cable, High Speed Internet and don't have problems anywhere else.

Pros: The concept of this game is great.

Cons: I've been playing the game since beta and with every patch there seems to be more bugs, disconnects and support is extremy lacking. There is not enough improvement in "game experience" especially for those players who do pay. In my opinion the game was more stable in beta. The community itself can be unfriendly especially to newer players who for the most part would rather put down "noobs" rather then teach them especially since the age range of the game is so widespread. The company itself brings out "premium ships" with absurd statistics which can be bought but has the habit of lowering the statistics after a couple of months. You get what you pay for, unfortunately just not in this game.

"Even with I.D. and Password, it wont let me play"

Pros: I Can't say

Cons: I typed in an I.D. number and a password that was sent to my E-mail address but it still wont let me play. I kinda just wasted my time downloading the game.
