From SJ Namo Inc :Namo WebEditor is a small, Wysiwyg HTML editor for both novice and intermediate users. The program makes it easy to create and edit frames, provides advanced table-editing features (you can, for example, change the size of a table simply by dragging it), and includes a source editor for advanced users. Namo WebEditor will also let you add JavaScript, VBScript, and Java applets to your pages. Other features include an easy-to-use tool for editing image maps, multilevel undo and redo, context-sensitive menus, and a spelling checker.
