Version: NTRconnect 2
Pros: I havent test any other, but it seams to do everything you need... even in the free version if you dont need file transfer... is ok. Im just afraid of security issues, but Im not an expert. I will recomend to read the article: Remote Access

"This is the coolest software I have ever seen!!!"
Pros: Free is the key word here. I couldn't belive I was able to connect to both my desktop and laptop using my Palm Treo Windows PPC Sprint phone while I was out of town visiting friends last week. It really worked!!!
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like. It allowed me to connect, do what I needed, and I got off. What more could I ask for. And did I tell you it didn't cost me anything. I am a skeptic, but right now I am not going to complain.

"Easy to use on Mac and Windows"
Pros: This is the best remote software I have used to date. Easy to use and it works great on Mac's and Windows. I used it today to work from home and it was just like I was at the office. My company approved my using the product largely due to the security of the 256-bit AES encryption.
I also downloaded a free trial of NTRsupport (https://na.ntrsupport.com/web/registro.asp) it also worked great (fast and easy to use) plus I was able to customize the product in minutes to use with my clients. I recommend you try NTRsupport if your doing On-demand support.
Cons: No complaints yet

"Best remote support software out there!"
Pros: I've tried them all, but this one beats the rest. From the ease-of-use to the versatility of being compatible with Macs and Windows, and practically every browser.
And best of all it's FREE!!!!
Cons: Wish I would have found it sooner.
