CNET Editors' review
Though it optimizes viewing for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Web sites, NJStar Asian Explorer offers little beyond what competing Web browsers do. With a few minor exceptions, the interface and feature set are almost a carbon copy of Internet Explorer. The only extra features are links and icons that lead to the developer's site and give you information on other products. When we viewed a Tokyo newspaper in both NJStar Asian Explorer and Internet Explorer, we could tell little difference in performance. We really think this application would be far more useful if it actually translated Asian Web pages into English or other Western languages. If you routinely view a large number of Far East Web sites, this free app will suit you just fine, but most other folks will see little added benefit from their current browsers.Publisher's Description

"Not what I thought. It's the same as IExplorer!"
Version: NJStar Asian Explorer 1.5
Cons
If you don't have the IME for Japanese it won't read anything... I thought that was the whole point, not downloading the IME (I can't download the IME)
Plus, when I was going to install the trial version (that could've worked) I noticed about 10 windows in task manager, so I cancelled...
Sorry, if this thing is giving me popups even before I install, then forget it!
