We like this Registry optimizer's design and feature set, but its miserly trial restriction is less than ideal. The program initiates a scan as soon as you launch it. The elegant main window is colored a smooth shade of blue with icons for all major actions lining the bottom. MyRegistyCleaner looks for items such as bad ActiveX controls, needless uninstallers, invalid application baths, and broken shortcuts. Unfortunately, the demo only will fix detected entries in two categories. Considering some free competitors will remove all the errors they find, this seems a bit restrictive. Elsewhere, we appreciate the scheduling utility and the automatic-backup feature. The tool for disabling applications that launch on start-up is a nice touch but would be more useful if it offered some information about whether a certain entry was crucial or potentially harmful. Users who aren't too put off by MyRegistyCleaner's somewhat anemic demo will find it succeeds on most other counts.Publisher's description

Pros: scanning is pretty fast, repairing errors is fantastic
Cons: excellent software
WILL BE APPRECIATED IF SOFTWARE IS FREE FOR THE POOR

Pros: My PC was a mess I guess from installing every piece of free software I was offered. My registry cleaner certianly seems to have sped it up.
