"Cannot remove this program, it is a pain."
Cons: Downloaded the program, decided not to use it and tried to remove. Various windows came up with cheesy statements like "you're better than that...you use teh software and then forget us" or some such. Now I can't seem to remove it entirely. I strongly suggest to anyone NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM. It becomes the very thing you are trying to get rid of in addition to pathetic attempts to induce purchase. Makes for a very questionable source of security.
