The utilities have been grouped into subject categories. There are functions which assist in the selection of colours, with an emphasis on HTML and browser colours. Another group relates to image manipulation, including icon extraction and button creation using the icons, and image cutting into smaller segments, with the remaining being a group of assorted functions such as selection of special characters, button creation, screen capture, coloured HTML text and thumbnail images of image files.
